All units go through a extensive dis-assembly, inspection and cleaning process examining each part for wear of any kind. Every gear is carefully examined miked and replaced with a genuine OEM replacement when needed. All other parts showing any signs of wear are also replaced with new parts. Sliding clutches, synchronizers, bearings, seals, gaskets, hoses and valves are replaced. Then each unit is reassembled, bench tested and verified to factory specifications in our remanufacturing facilities.
